I spent nine years working for a Midlands based recruiter who specialised in finance & executive recruitment before I decided to harness the skills and expertise that I had built in the field of recruitment and set up 3 Point Recruitment.
Supporting clients with recruitment projects and finding suitable and worthwhile candidates their dream role is extremely rewarding. I derive a great deal of professional satisfaction from my work, especially when I get to see the positive impact it has on others!
I pride myself in being easily contactable and adopting a "no fuss" approach - I don't believe in pushy sales calls or unauthentic mass emails, but I do believe in genuine human contact and as such when we work together I see myself as an extension of your team.
